Old Town Art Fair

Art is very important to our homeowners. Whether we build a home around their already existing art collection or simply help give them more wall space to start one, we constantly find our homeowners searching for the perfect piece to finish their space. Chicago is filled with so many unique galleries, but one of our favorite local fairs is the Old Town Art Fair.  The fair showcases a wide-range of artists from all over the country- and you can't beat the setting! The Old Town Triangle does a great job each and every year finding new artists so you never know what to expect. We highly suggest heading over to Old Town this weekend to check it out! We just got an email from Anacara, located in the Merchandise Mart, of a sample sale they are having. Also check out West Elm for some more reasonable options. Sad that Smith & Hawken went out of business a few years back? Target recently started carrying the line again. 

Accessorize with pillows! You can change your look yearly and not feel guilty about it. Or try a fun rug. 

Give your space some color! 

Having a party? Try weaving fabric through your pergola for a fun and chic look. 

Dreaming of Tuscany? 

Make your space feel rustic by visiting the Chicago outpost of Mecox Gardens. You can always find great outdoor accessories at Jayson Home & Garden. If you have a pergola, hang a wrought-iron chandelier...or simply add tons of candles.

Environs Celebrates our 20th Anniversary!

On May 12th, Environs celebrated our 20th anniversary with a party held at the brand new Subzero/Wolf showroom at the Merchandise Mart. Over 250 people attended, including current homeowners and leading real estate agents from around Chicagoland. 

We would like to thank Subzero/Wolf for hosting the event as well as the Merchandise Mart of all of their help in making this evening a huge success!
