Art is very important to our homeowners. Whether we build a home around their already existing art collection or simply help give them more wall space to start one, we constantly find our homeowners searching for the perfect piece to finish their space. Chicago is filled with so many unique galleries, but one of our favorite local fairs is the Old Town Art Fair. The fair showcases a wide-range of artists from all over the country- and you can't beat the setting! The Old Town Triangle does a great job each and every year finding new artists so you never know what to expect. We highly suggest heading over to Old Town this weekend to check it out!
